RayBelle Infratrade Corp. is a trading and distribution company of sustainable building materials such as GFRP, other FRP Composites and Fiber Reinforced Concrete admixtures.

Established in 2013, RayBelle konstruct corp. (RBkc) began as a construction and engineering services company in the Philippines. In response to growing global awareness around climate change and sustainability—further heightened by the pandemic—RayBelle recognized the urgent need for more environmentally responsible construction materials. This led to the discovery of Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP/Fiberglass) Rebar, a sustainable, non-corrosive and eco-friendly alternative to traditional steel reinforcement.
In 2023, to better serve the evolving needs of the construction industry, RBkc expanded its operations by launching RayBelle Infratrade Corp. (RBIC)—a dedicated trading and distribution company focused on GFRP Rebars, Fiber Reinforced Concrete (FRC) Composite Mix, Ground Improvement Solutions, Roofing Materials & Solutions, and other FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) Composite construction and building materials.
RBIC is the official distributor of SFTec, Inc., a Canada-based leader in FRP technology. SFTec’s products are designed and developed in Canada, backed by continuous research and innovation. Manufacturing is exclusively carried out by Shandong Safety Industries Co. Ltd., the official and exclusive manufacturing plant of SFTec, Inc., located in China. Product testing and certification are conducted in collaboration with globally recognized institutions, which are the University of Miami (Florida, USA) and Sherbrooke University (Quebec, Canada), ensuring compliance with international standards such as ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, and CSA (Canadian Standards Association). Certification, evaluation and conformity assessment are further supported by the International Code Council (ICC) as the designated certifying and notifying body.
In addition to its partnership with SFTec, RBIC is also proud to work and represent Enviromesh Pty. Ltd. and Seals Group, both based in Australia, known for their high-quality FRC Composite Mix and Ground Improvement technologies.
